Default Decent servo?

I was just looking around and I came across this.

What do you guys think? Decent? Bad? How would it do in a buggy? The 202oz of torque isn't bad.

I'd just be using it as a backup, and that price seems great.

The oz rating isn't bad but the servo is. I have a friend who bought 2 thinking they would be fine. Lasted 2 races, but that was in nitro. I wouldnt try it just save more and buy a great but cheap back up like savox.

Im loving my savox serovs. Running 5 of them total, 2 of them in my D8T.

The 1256tg is a monster and I can see that sucker lasting a while.

Running 1256tg in steering and a 1258tg in thr/brk and they do great.

No problem not to mention it is metal geared but case id 100% plastic. The top isnt bad for plastic but actual case breaks easy when in a race vehicle. Maybe for a sc car or somthing they may work. Not a bad price at all. Actually since you mentioned a nice cheap priced servo check out spektrum. I actually ran one in a nitro car as throttle for a whole year not 1 issue.

$119 for 278oz in torque---this is what i ran. But heres a link of all the others.

One is $50 for 148oz. Also has 1yr warrenty.
