Check to make sure the wheel is lined in the axle pin and the nut is tight. Look closely when you move the wheel, you should see the wheel and axle move at the same rate.

Other than that there going to be some play in the hingepins, ball cups, and maybe some between the axle and bearings, depending on age/wear.

I have it at 12 clock and with my hand move it to 2 clock , I replaced bearing axle hub carrier ball cup pin and the blue spacer, also tried putting the blue space both ways and doesn't make a difference.

Well you could have a bad bearing in the rear hub or maybe ur foams in the tires are to soft etc. Could be a number of things.

When looking down at it or from the side?

From the hub/bearing you should have 2 thin spacers, blue spacer (flat side out), and then the pin. If you have a lot of play try adding another thin spacer behind the blue one.

Oh well that changes everything! lol

Check it out with a stock wheel. If the play is gone with that the the problem lies in the hexes somewhere.
