Ya, theirs is onroad only. Duratrax G2 was the only dirt one about 8 years ago. I feel someone should be working on this. Maybe a sweet rc PS3 game or something.

Yes, it is only on-road currently, and you can use your own transmitter. But let's face it, any time is better then no time... It is a great tool... but no off road, sorry....

Re-Volt on the N64. Skipped many college classes building our own tracks and racing for fastest laps times.

Virtual RC is great if all you are interested in is On-Road Nitro.

However, you never know if there might be another company out there working on this genre...

I played a ton of Re-Volt when it was on the MS Gaming Zone, on PCs. There was a whole bunch of us regulars, and several guys came up with a huge number of really awesome custom tracks. I think more than once, we had like 250 tracks loaded, and we'd play them continuously, one after the other, for hours and hours. I had a madcatz steering wheel/pedal setup and the cars handled more like offroad cars than onroad sometimes. They'd slide into the corners using the brakes and everything. Good times.

If you turn off the sound you will have electric... on-road....

Yes, VRC has been talking for over 2 years now about having off-road and version 4, but we have not seen the product. Great tool, but limited users, thus limited bank roll from the users equals time to market takes longer....

Man the memories!!! I used to play Re-Volt, MCM, AND MCM2 on MS Gaming Zone for hours and hours. I can't believe that was over 10 years ago.
