Default Jammin going under?

I've read a few bits here and there about Jammin's contract being finished with Hong Nor in 2010. Then I seen a post saying Jammin lost its race team, was going belly up, and the X2 truggy being discontinued ect.......Whats the real deal? I just picked up a scrt 10 and have a Nexx 8 (which shares parts with Jammin) I'd hate to find out a month from now kits and parts are no longer available.

I just thought atleast here in the U.S, Hong Nor would have prefered to keep the "Jammin" name/title. I'd think its safe to say sales doubled for Hong Nor once Jay Halsey got involved, lets face it naming a car Jammin XXX sounds better than Hong Nor xxx. We are a picky bunch when it comes to brand names, atleast the Jammin line had a face behind it. I'm not too worried about parts, just development mainly, I don't want to see anymore Kyosho, or Mugen clones out of the next models Hong Nor puts out.
