List ALL packs that fit in RC8Be..
#16
I don't know what type of communication skills they teach in Australia, but in the US, I don't think ANYONE would find this as being offensive!
Please don't feel motivated to help me...I will NEVER ask you another question and don't really care to comment any further on anything you say .

calling others fags pretty much cuts you off from being helped.. good luck
i have a rc8be and have a large battery that i just fit under the lid, but i'll keep that info for those who are respectable and deserve the information if they ask nicely ( i.e. NOT : list ALL blah blah blah)

Your best bet is to check out the rc8be thread in the electric offroad section. The turnigy hardcase 4500 fits as well as the gens ace 5000 both in 4s. I think the real inner dimension that most of us have measured is a max of 143mm. Promatch, protec, thunderpower, maxamps, etc. all make batteries to fit the vehicle.

Nexxus,
I don't see why I should say PLEASE to ask a question on here. I asked it in a civil manner. You know where you can put that info! I'm done now.
Good Bye

Look, shamisc1:
It upsets people to answer the same questions over and over and over again. I'm pretty new here as well; and I'll tell ya -- get to know the search function. It's your friend.
I read over 1700 posts in the RC8be threat and learned MOUNDS of information on the RC8be. If you want to know battery tray dimensions, simply find a thread for "RC8be". Once you find it, enter it. Once you enter it, use the search function WITHIN the thread and type key words you want. In this case "Battery" or "Tray" or "Dimensions", or all 3. I'm more than confident you will find what you are looking for.
People don't feel like helping someone who refuses to help themselves. And your title "List ALL packs that fit into RC8be" is a bit demanding sounding, don't you think?
This is the #1 site out there for tech talk on RC man.... make friends, not enemies.
That's my $0.02.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh
I don't want to ad more fire to the flame but I just want to say that I just waisted five mintutes of my life trying to find anything useful out of this thread. I know having like 2,000,000,000 posts looks cool, but just saying it shouldn't count if most of your posts are calling people fags.

WOW!
I can't beleive you guys are such arrogant assholes that you get offended by a question! Are you too good to help someone? Did you not need help yourself when you got into the sport? As I stated, I SEARCHED FOR 5 HOURS with no definate answer to my question! To the guys who did help me, I would like say thanks! Also, I wasn't looking to boost my post count, I was just looking for a 6S pack that fits good in the RC8Be.
No need to ban me after this comment, I will glady delete myself. I see no need to communicate with a bunch of FUCKING PRICKS!
shamisc1...signing off!

You searched for 5 hours good for you, when you measured your battery tray, then went looking at battery dimensions to see what fit? Every online store that I have searched for batteries lists the size, not doing that step that's called being lazy. All your responses have been arrogant, people here like to help they're tired of being used.

Don't think I'm lazy...I ordered some packs for my MERV and the Mfg. said one dimension, when I recieved them, there were longer than the Mfg. specified and would not fit in my car! That is WHY I asked. You guys are acting like I asked to sleep with your wives! Yes, I too have been tired of the same questions all the time on other forums, but here's a concept: If you're tired of hearing a repeated question, DON'T RESPOND TO THEM! If you have time to respond, you have time for an answer. Seems to me some of you guys just want to start an argument! Some people have jobs and kids activities and can't neccesarily spend hours on end on forums looking for an answer that someone else who has been through the same thing can answer in a couple minutes. No, that's not being lazy, that's just leveraging time to try and be as productive as possible on a tight schedule! Again, if you don't want to respond, DON'T !!!!
I have 3 kids.
A house to maintain.
Full time job.
And I'm a Graduate Student
And somehow I find time to search for answers.
Don't sit there and say you're NOT lazy. You don't have the time to search for your answers? Then how did you try searching for your answer (that really you could have figured out yourself) for 5 hours if you don't have any time?
You don't think some others on here have busy schedules?
Ever heard of this expression:
"You can only help those whom help themselves"
I gave you some advice how to search for things in an earlier thread. You might be surprised.... I'd bet you will find your answers faster than making multiple posts in the main forum.
Sounds to me you don't have time for this hobby all together. And that's fine.... tend to more important things.
