Default Replacement rims for Losi LXT

Im restoring my couple of LXT's and need to find some rims to replaced the stock ones. The rears are drive pin.

Anyone have some suggestions on replacements?

Thanks

Are you looking for wheels to use while running the LXT or a proper wheel for a restoration?

If you want some wheels just to run, HPI super star wheels are probably the best bet. They have adapters included. They fit fine on my JRXT's

If you want proper wheels for a restore, check ebay and vintage oriented RC sites.

For the front wheels, RC10T (and I think the T2 and T3 as well) use the same bearings and have almost the same offset.

No I'm not looking for anything original as I know they are rare. I can get super stars but I was thinking if of a dish style rim. Is there a universal hex adapter that would work with any other brand rims? I'm really after rear wheels as I've stripped the cross pin bit in the original rims.

Pm replied.

My brother still has his LXT, and if I remember correctly he ran T3/T4 rims on it before. I'll check with him tomorrow and let you know. The current Losi trucks use the same mounting configuration, but the offset is different.

I'm pretty sure that the T2/3 wheels will be the best fit as they continued using the wider offset. Proline still makes some that look alot like the Losi Dish wheels:

Hope this helps.
