Default Help tuning Carb, XXXN-T

I'm kinda new to nitro, and need help adjusting my carb, I'm not sure which screw does what, but I got it to run alright. Heres what shes doing, it idles and runs good on the low end, but in the mid and high range, it gets really doggy, and has hardly no top-end. its on an O.S. Max. thanks for the helps, if you need any more info, LMK.

Kyle

Check your instruction manual for a diagram of the carb and which needle does what, if you're unsure.

If the engine is lean-bogging and sputtering when you reach full throttle, then you'll need to richen (counter-clockwise) the high speed needle. If the engine is blubbering and rich, you'll need to lean the high speed needle.

After setting the HSN, you'll need to go back and re-tune the LSN to get everything right. I'd richen the LSN 1/2 turn from where you are before trying to set the HSN. Good luck!

well said.

O.S. engines are the easiest ive ever tried tuning. the needle on top where the fuel line from the tank comes in is the HSN, and the one in the center of the throttle is the LSN.

other than that just follow the tuning directions. important though, is the engine broken in already?
