Front wing for B4?

Front wing for B4?
I've noticed that some guys are using a front wing on th front of their B4. Looks like it would help with front downforce, and I've seen it on BK2 with Kinwald's setup last year, but size, angle, where to mount? What are the pros and cons?

I think it was a hand fabbed piece from scrap lexan. went between the hole in the front shock tower, servo taped to both sides of the upright. You can see a better picture in one of the magazines that covered the Mod Nats., I forget which one.
