Well, if your radio-servo are adjusted correctly, then you wont hear much about it, but when they are not adjusted-its hard on both-usually the servo will let go...but with today's electronics pushing the edge-aka digital servos, they basically max out on available power, and when there is an overload-well, this is usually the result-hence the spektrum capacitor..absorbs the spikes..

Sounds good. I'll have to rig up a capacitor. Its just weird because I've never had this problem with any of the other 7+ speed controls I've had. Even with a little extra on the EPA.

Yea the battery plugs are bullet style with a Deans connector. Not sure how that would be related?

well, the bullets will wear, and become loose--and have this very symptom==I chased it for weeks-adding a spek cap, until I felt how warm my batt wires were, and changed the way my bullets were soldered, and never had the prob again--and now I have two spek caps that I dont need.. Check the fit on your bullets, do they slide in and out easily-they should fit snug..

If it's only when you steer the servo is likely drawing too much current. This can be helped by adding a receiver cap. Some servos are power hungry and require a little BEC "dampning."
Spektrum makes one for $3 or $4 or you can make one yourself.

Here is the good way, which lays down and doesn't flop-I have not had any issues with the bullets since I soldered them like this:
Attachment 685082[/QUOTE]
This is how mine is set up. And the bullets are a tight fit so I don't think thats where the problem is. I have caps from random stuff laying around so I'll whip one up.
