Welcome back to the sport . Hope it will be an enjoyable experience. Warning though, SC10 will probably really frustrating as it's almost as much tuning/dialing as a nitro... That's why I didn't go with it as I'm not a pro driver!

If things go well with my new business, I'll most likely make that my second vehicle.
I do kind of feel bummed about not getting the Ofna, but once I pick up that SC10 on Friday I'll be like a little kid in a candy store and wont even think about it.

yeah i dont think you'll be bumbed. i was so excited but kept saying i was gonna take my time building it cause im still waiting for my motor and esc to come in, and i couldnt stop myself i built it in one afternoon.

An SC10 is NOT that hard to find a good set-up for. Build the FT per the manual and it's gonna be 95% dialed anywhere you go. Nothing crazy about setting them up, little weight, oil, and springs maybe but not anything you don't adjust on any other truck.

Picked it up today, so excited. I sold some more stuff, so I bought a lipo charger, 2 NiMh batteries, Spektrum servo and ordered the Sidewinder SCT system. I forgot the servo model # but its 162oz torque and .08 reaction time.
next week I'll be up and running.
