It happened to me a few nights ago also. Make sure you have NO back ordered items. Thats what happened to me.

I've had back ordered items go through with Paypal and Amain before and was shipping internationally too. Use their live support to chat with them if you don't want to call. Calling internationally is pretty cheap with Skype.

Nah, wikileaks doesn't hack creditcard companies. Some fanboys didi it to the companaties that block transactions to wikileaks.
