Default Electric guys...this is for you!

Hey guys, I usually try to put a thread here in the electric offroad forum to promote healthy electric racing for the events. As many know electric is not doing to well in many areas. The Alabama Manufacturer Shootout we did this same thing and ended up with almost 70 e buggies and 40 e truggies!

At any rate here is a "ELECTRIC" only event for you electric racers. It will be at the WAREHOUSE Indoor Raceway and host a full selection of electric classes. If you have any questions please let me know.

Very cool. I wish you luck.

I can't imagine places where electric isn't popular? Gas hasn't been raced at our indoor tracks in over a year I think. Even on nitro nights there is only a handful of them around. Not that I'm complaining, I like going home w/o headaches and halfway deaf!

We have electric racing that is getting going but from what I have noticed electric has not been as popular. But I think it's getting back going. I am excited about this project and I think it will only get more people involved.

My plan is to fill up this electric event and show the community it is still around!

I was thinking the same thing. Electric is booming here up north and in the midwest areas

Top three in each class will get pit boards(19x26). Here is a example of what was given at the 2010 Alabama Manf. Shootout this past June. Below is also link from the AMS event, although not the same location I wanted to show you guys the level of event we put on. The Electric Indoor Super regionals will be a track built for electrics and nitro so expect a world class layout! The Indoor race will be electric only and have indoor pitting!

It was really hard to keep up with at the AMS event, with the new speed controls and what not. A racer could have a 17.5 and advance the speed control and have speeds close to a 13.5. I looked at some of the larger events and followed those classes. I hope to see you soon! We started the track build yesterday and we are starting the driver stand today...
