Slash 2x4 rebuild question
I'm piecing together a slash.
I have no experience with this truck and it was in pieces when I got it.
So. I Figured any questions I may have, I'll ask them here
So far, does this front end look correct?
Should the arms be angled like so?
Thanks

the slipper clutch only had 1 of the 3 pads on it.
the adjustable screw for the motor was worn through and jagged so no way to set mesh and keep it there.
the gear box is actually split in 2 places and has like 8 different screws in it.
from hex to phillips to torx.
my favorite part is that all the knuckles and hubs had super long strands of dead grass all bound up in them.

No, its not made to run silicone type diff fluid. When it 1st came out there were some mods that semi sealed it so you could run something like 50,000wt and it'd last for a while. Something like this -

FLM sells an oring sealed diff that uses diff fluid so you can tune it and not lose the fluid.
