I just broke in a new .21 sport werks motor and the idle screw doesn't screw in but it screws out what could be the problem does it have anything to do with my other settings it's fairly rich

could it be that you idle screw is already as far in as possible? Screwin it in will increase the idle while screwin it out would lower the idle. If your idle is high that might be the problem. otherwise i dont know what the problem would be, since i never have experienced that problem.

If your engine is too rich, you may have turned the idle up all the way to keep the engine running.
