Thank you. That was perfectly said. I wanted to say all that, but just figured screw it. I offered and he didn't like it or cared to do any research on how much is what.

Well I broke the rear hinge pin holder. So as I was ordering a new one I noticed in the manuel there's a cnc aluminum replacement, pn 21164. So I ordered it up and after installing it, it gave the truck alot more rear toe in than the original one had. Has anyone ran with this rear hinge pin holder yet? If so, how did the truck react to it? I would think it would be more stable, but less top end speed. There's also cnc aluminum replacements for the front outer, and front/rear inners, which are the same pieces.

What is being used to shim the diffs? I've had no luck in my search for 10x15 shims, hoping someone else has found and can post a link.
I'd also like to know if anyone is changing the steering link ends and the shock caps out for a captured style and if so, how and what is being used? TIA

There was some talk that a T4 body will fit with some trimming. When I get mine in the mail on Thursday, I have some thrashed T4 bodies I can try out and let you know.

Then I talked to NitroHouse earlier today, I was told they are now shipping with the new ackerman installed - FYI

Thanks. I like the kit, just not crazy about the body.

try moving the shock position on the arm to the outter hole and the top to the inner hole on the tower

That is a great Idea have better foams and tire choices there - we have a class that is pretty much open so I'll have to see how it works

As for electronics its got a Mamba Max Pro with a 4600Kv motor. Eventually when the money is there I will change out the motor to 6.5T sensored. The ESC I will leave the same. Steering servo is a Savox.

Enjoy

I spoke with Mark from RCHR and as of right now they don't have anyone racing these, and as far as LIR I know of just of one or two that race there on a regular basis. I normally run @ Barnstormers and we have two full heats of them on friday nights!!!!! We have a blast!!!!

I haven't read all of the posts yet, but i was wondering how the Castle Creations side winder SCT esc with 3800 kv brush less motor would work with this kit. If anybody has tried it, does it have enough power?
Thanks
