Okay fellas, some feedback for you. I have had my 10TT a few weeks now and after some initial testing I guessed at a setup for racing. To stop nose diving I moved the rear lower suspension arms spacers to the front. both front and rear suspension arm spacers. This moved more weight to the back of the truck. I neglected to move the upper arm spacers therefore increasing castor (I will change this). I used Losi 40wt oil in the front and 30wt in the rear Ride height was set slightly higher in the front and slightly more droop in the front. motor was a 4300kv using 14t pinion. I also used the polycarb wing bolted onto the white plastic wing to get a much better wing profile-more downforce.

So, at the track there are a couple of us which get 11 laps regularly in 6mins with 8th nitro buggies. Most 10th scale cars(all classes) get 9 and sometimes 10 laps. This little beasty was 10 seconds off of getting 11 laps. 10 laps in 6mins 10secs. Too say I was impressed is an understatement. More tweaking to come.

Cheers All

The adapters are the AKAs for the 4wd slash. People have issues with the wheel nuts coming loose, but I haven't ran into this problem yet. Use loctite! Also, there needs to be a little shimming with the aka adapters to eliminate some slop in the front hubs. You can use the wider spacers that come with the adapters, but you need to grind the spacers down slightly to get the hex pin to go through. It's a very easy thing to do.

I am surprised not more people are putting buggy tires on these yet.

Hope this helps.

love the look of this truggy and the weight. Does the drivetrain support the use of a t8 1400kv on 6s?

Looking for a rocket ship...with wheels

I would say this Truggy is more suited for 540 motors and 2 cell.

I concur on the 540 6.5, i will reinstall that combo, just loved how it ripped. May use a 5.5 or a delta wind for plain wot runs if this pleases u more. With the castle sct my face falls asleep, today i watched 2 ae t4s overtake me on the straight while running a 16t pinion.....

Is the metal spur for the Hyper 10SC a direct replacement and the same size as the stock plastic Hyper 10TT? If not, is there a metal spur for the 10TT that is the same size as stock? Got a part number? I like knowing that nothing is going to happen to my spur gear ever and want to get a metal one for this thing. Plus I love the sound!
