BJ.'s photo is what comes with the integy set for the Hyper. Not sure of the bulk head screw you mention.

It worked very well on the revo 1/16 and never broke, so I figured these were worth a shot

Hey guys i just bought one of these bad boys. I didnt really read the reviews untill after.... I see alot of people are saying these arent very durable? Im buying it for very light bashing. I mostly drive around on streets, gravel. The biggest i ever jump is 2-3 feet, to much of a panzy for any more air lol. Are these pretty pretty durable, or no? I hope so lol. My rustler has been pretty damn stong, hope this is to Also whats the best place to buy parts? Ebay seems pretty limited..

I just picked one up and read through all the pages on the forum which has tons of info... since you own one now you should probably do the same to know all the little things that have been discussed since it came out.

To answer your questions it should be durable for what you want to do... As stated by someone else, here are the common failures...

Front knuckles
Rear hubs - don't waste time with plastic get alloy ones.
steering top plate - don't waste time with plastic get an alloy one.
Front arms.
Front hinge pins and bushes
Front hinge pin holders (front and back)

Integy is the only one who makes front knuckles, no reviews on them just yet.

Integy is the only maker of some sturdy front knuckles and I can only find them on their website.

I also heard if you boil the plastics for 30 minutes or so it makes them stronger.

STRC is the way to go for steering plate and rear hubs.

Here try this...it will give you an idea of how fast it will be.

http://scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/top_speed.html

Use the Hyper Mini STE diff ratio since it is the same as the Hyper 10TT

Enter Front/Rear Differential Gear Ratio (3.90:1)

* Enter Transmission Gear Ratio (1)

†† Enter Additional Gear Ratio

* Enter Spur Gear tooth count (42)

* Enter Pinion Gear tooth count (15)

* Enter total battery voltage (3.7v Lipo nom 2 cells)

* Enter kv rating of brushless motor (3500kv)

* Enter tire diameter in inches (3.94)this is my tire size not sure what yours are??

Spur/Pinion Reduction Ratio (2.8:1)

Total Reduction Ratio (10.92:1)

Tire Circumference (12.38)

Rollout (1.13:1)

Total Motor Speed (25,900rpm)

Theoretical Maximum Vehicle Speed (27.8mph)

There and your welcome...that motor is better suited for 3s and if I were you I would get a 6.5T 540 or a 4.5T/5.5T 550 can motor.

With the 6.5T and everything the same your speed will be.

53.22mph but you would need to gear down to about a 12-13 tooth pinion.

With the set up I am running it would be.

39.72mph That is with a Novak Ballastic 4.5T 550 and the same 15t pinion and my motor never gets above 120*F

http://www.hobbypartz.com/96m21-car-3650-5900.html
Sorry im new at the whole brushless thing and everything i have bought has been a matched combo so far lol. Please excuse my ignorance in other words. ANd thank you for those calculations!
Im not looking for crazy fast. I would be very happy with 40-45 mph tops! SO im thinking like a 4600kv motor???
