All this talk about grease in the diff's have me wondering whether you guys got the "beta" model.....mine was filled with fluid.

No wait....let me re-phrase that. It was filled with fluid, but it all leaked out by the time I removed it from the box.

I just picked one up last week and it has a glob of clear grease in each of the diffs. I was expecting a light coat of black grease but it was clear with the consistency of vaseline. Mine is a newer one with the black 54mm ackerman bar.

You need these:
OFN37220 OFNA 3mm King Pin Screw
PTK-MR85ZZ ProTek R/C 5x8x2.5mm Metal Shielded "Speed" Ball Bearings

The ackerman goes as it should, on top, trust me it works! You can grind on the diff case a bit if you want to but I didn't do that, plenty of throw for me...

I'd recommend:

Castle SCT system
STRC delrin spur
STRC aluminum front upper plate
New tires...or at least new foams for tires as stock foams are junk.
Spare front arms and knuckles

If you have money left over I'd also get

Aluminum hexes
Rear cvd's

+1
To add, the Front CVDs are what you want, to be used in the rear.
I've never been to fond of CC, but for the $, you can't beat their SCT system. I think most places have it around $129 or so.

Which aluminum hexes fit or is STRC making parts specifically for this truck? I didn't see any on their site.
