Default Help Please!

Traxxas Emaxx, mostly stock. 4 wheel drive. WATERPROOF!!! Upgraded suspension to RPM. Comes with 4 batteries, remote and 2 bodies. Runs great. Also comes with additional suspension parts, upgrades, etc.

Will ship anywhere in US for additional $20

Hey Guys, Just wanted to ask, I'm planning to pick this up tomorow for $175. I know it's brushed, but I'm planning to eventually go with a twin vxl setup. Just wanted to know if you thought it was a good buy and anything I should check before getting it?

looks like a good buy to me. i would buy it if it were me. i mean its a $360.00 truck new. it looks to be in good condition. has 2 bodies, 4 batts, rpm upgrades and other upgrades with extra parts. plus the controller. i say go for it. you can always sell the motors and esc out of it to get some extra money after you get the vxl setups. i would test drive it first since your picking it up. just to be safe. make sure everything is whats said it is.

I have been told by a Traxxas Representative that the early Emaxx trucks will drop trannies left and right if you drop brushless in them. This is the version that was out before Traxxas came out with the Tmaxx 3.3 and the Revo 3.3. An easy way to tell if it is in that group is if it has a black chassis. (Can't look at the provided pictures at work...) If it is the early version, you will need to upgrade your entire tranny and drive line to be bullet proof to stand up to a twin VXL setup.
