Okay" this whole thing is getting out of hand about SC trucks. Heres a first
hand fact I saw last winter at 702 Raceway in door track in Las Vegas.

Chad Rott out of CA. came to race Spec & Mod SC with his Kyosho SC
truck. After first round his Kyosho was out broken. Now the week before
he was blasting track records with his Kyosho over the SC 10's. But this
week his Kyosho was broken & no parts to repair it.

Chad went out to his car & got his son's bone/box stock slash out of the
trunk. He brought it in put a battery in it and through it out on the track
for the next round with no practice. He tore us up in Spec resetting his
track record he set a week earlier with his Kyosho truck. Then he through
it out on the track in mod SC again bone stock slash and qualified 2nd in
the A out of over 20 mod trucks (all SC 10's)

Chad won the Spec SC A main by 8 seconds over my SC10 and he finished
2nd in the Mod A main only 2 seconds behind the winning SC10... All this
with no practice & box stock slash...

Anyone who knows anything about R/C racing knows it is 90% driver &
10% truck or buggy that really wins races.

If you give the guys that are winning all the Nationals & worlds any brand
of car or truck they will still be the National or World champs no matter
what they are driving. The cream will always rise to the top no matter
what they drive...

IMO buy what you like & can get parts for, learn to get the most out of
what you have & when you do that you will be winning all your club races
with everyone believing they need what you drive to win as much as you.

Thats what R/C racing is all about...
