You can't really go wrong with Hyperion lipos and chargers. They aren't the cheapest but they aren't the most expensive either.

i just bought these...

http://www.cheapbatterypacks.com/?ap...uid=82BFCA8AEF

i inquired about elite and folks say they are good. i ordered two..

keep in mind, most lipos are good! They are all practically the same. Just find what spec u are looking for, find the cheapest u can find, and most likely they will be good to go...

Some have good results with these lipos from HobbyKing -

If all you need to charge are 2S, this is a hard deal to beat for a balancing charger based on features and cost -

I went with 30c 4000mah packs because they are a bit cheaper and I like the wires out the top.
http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...dProduct=11598

$17.44 each x 4 + $35 EMS = $105 shipped for 4 30c hardcase packs and you'll have them in 5 days.

It would be eash to solder some bullet connectors inside of those packs.

I have had very good luck with Promatch racing LiPos. I have 2 of their older 5000 30C batteries (bought over 1 year ago) and I have accidentially overcharged them more than once (had charge set to NiMh, oops.....) They have taken all the abuse I can give and they are still strong. I just bought 3 of their new 5000 mah 50c batteries $74.99 each. They are ROAR approved as well.
