I run a 1500 kv on hyperion 5s 5000mah and I can make a 20 minute main. Im pretty sure they make a 6s 6000mah but you would have to check if it would fit cause I think its for an airplane.

Hyperion do not make any more packs over 5000mah due to shipping regulations. Maybe one of there older 35C one's but the new 45C they don't. If I were you I would try these. Work absolutely great and at a great price.

Will 30C be okay on a RX8 ? I was going to call Tekin because I heard that 40C is recommended for the RX8 / 1900 KV

I was thinking about going the Turnigy route as well but didnt want to chance it.

i run a 2600mah 6 s on my rc8be and get 12 minutes easy. if you have a pack you can get a base line mah/per minute that you use, you can find out what size battery you need. I figure you will use 220-250 mah a minute if you dont blow the tires out in every turn. That would put you needing a 5000-5500mah 6s. I have the nano techs and love em, light, good punch. my 2650s actually weigh 388g vs the 399g advertised. and as far as battey fit, throw a Slosi trey on it. JMO

they can use what ever battery fits the tray, there are some 6s packs that fit in there.

I run 2 venom 8000 25c and have no problems get 18 mins but could stretch to 20 if i played with the current limiter and voltage cutoff right now it's 3.75 because I don't have a hotwire.
