Proline power strok shocks on 4x4 slash
#2
Good Base set up.
Front Shocks:
Upper Spring: Yellow
Lower Spring: Red
Shock collar turned down about 6mm
Shock oil: Losi 45wt
Rear Shocks:
Upper Spring: Yellow
Lower Spring: Red
This is the tricky part. You are going to need to put the grey limiter/shock absorber that sits on the shock shaft(outside of the shock) inside of the shock under the piston. This will act as a rubber limiter for the rear of the shocks and will shorten the shafts making the rear end more stable, as well as preventing some "donkey kick" from the Slash 4x4.
Shock Oil: Losi 40wt
Have your pre load screw at 0mm(all the way to the top)
Positioning for front Shocks:
Middle Hole on front shock tower
On front A-Arm second hole from the outside(closest to the wheel)
Positioning for rear shocks:
Inside hole on rear shock tower
All the way out on the A-Arm(closest to the wheel).
Hope this helps!
Camber on rear -2 degrees
1 degree of toe out on front
-1 degrees of camber on front
