Cahrger is limited to 5amps max charge rate. Si if you tried chargung them wired together in parallel, you would only be able to charge at 0.5C (in parallel, the 2 5000mah lipos together would be equiv to a 10,000mah 2S). - it would takje at least 2x as long so there's no time advantage to doing it that way.
Wired in series, they would be a 4S 5000mah equiv lipo - that you could charge at 1C, but then the charger output power comes into play. If this has 100watts like the 4064 Passport Ultra, then it would not have a prob with a 1C charge. If this is 80watts, then its right on the edge of the chargers capability since a 4S takes 84watts. You would experience a littel current limiting, but nothing significant. Inn case this is as low as 50watt, you would see current limited to ~3amps. I haven't seen the charger's output power quoted anywhere.
You'd still need a proper series balance harness as well as a series connector for the main power wires. If the charger has sufficient output power, wiring in series is possible given the necessary wiring.
