Default tekin T8 motors?

need some help I know that they are sensored but can you run it with a sensoreless esc? if you read the product information it say sensored and sensoreless operation

yes you can, alot of people run tekin t8's with castle mmm speedos

He's right. U are able to use the T8 motor on a sensorless ESC. U just don't plug in the sensor cable to the motor. this way, the motor will run only in sensorless mode only.

are there any pros or cons in running sensored vs. sensoreless.

I run a Tekin T8 on a sensorless XeRun 150A ESC, no problem.

Sensored has superior feel. There's simply no comparison.

That statement may be a little exagerated as I have run both in 8th and there is little feel difference

Sensored definitely used to be a more controlled beast but with the programming of sensorless now you can almost get the same feel of sensored without the extra heat and being more efficient. Most sensored motors can be run on a sensorless setup. I have run a novak hv with a built in sensor wire on a MMM with no problem. I am all for CC now though after running just about everything else.

Very true. ESCs have most to do with how your ride will feel from what I have dealt with. I am in love with my MMM and CC 2650. Now if I can get my diffs to agree with me.
