If you want to Race Nitro.... one thing: Buy a XXX-NT reeeeallly expensive though

I'm short on cash too, just work hard! I'm mowing lawns around my neighborhood, selling my old stuff I don't use, etc to get a 4wd buggy... The MRC/Academy SB Sport 4wd.. (see thread)

well, buggies and trucks have WAY different handling; a Buggy is more wild and more difficult to drive.

I was going to get a XXX, but after reading up, I hear 4wd buggy is a fun and challenging class. Plus my track has a class for them! I don't know, I think it just sounds like a fun thing to try and hell, if I can get one for less than 200 roller I'm good to go! (XXX-4 is around 350, Yokomo is like 250-300)

o0o c all the ads ive looked in the buggys were a lot more expensive than trucks.

buggys sound like fun though and pretty hard to drive so i think ima stick with my truck l0l so far i love it but i jus wish it had a longer run time

Most 2wd buggies are cheaper than their truck sibling...?

Dude, buggy isn't THAT much harder than trucks...

And if you want long run time, go brushless on electric more than a new truck though

yea i believe Orion makes a brushless motor so how do they classify electric motors? like what does 20 turn and all that means and do u want a low number or a higher number

faster= lower number
slower, more torque usually = higher number
High RPM = Four magnet
Torque = two magnet

The other number after the turn number (12 turn DOUBLE, TRIPLE, etc) has to do with torque as well

Novak makes the Brushless you are thinking of

that's all if you want to be the fastest in like a club race... if you're just for fun, all you need is at the most unmatched 3000 packs

hey, if you can HIT a jump with that nitro I'm impressed! I never could where I jumped... of course I was TRYING to hit jumps at 50+
