Default peak performance/kyosho saddle lipo ?

Just got a peak/kyosho 4500 35c lipo and on the label it says charge at 2.4 amps. Does anyone know if they have a 2c rating so i can charge them at 6 amps or do i need to charge at 2.4? Just never saw a battery that told you what to charge them at.

Thanks

Just charge the pack at 4.5 amps you will be fine. When lipos just came out I always charged my packs buy the mah.

3500 = 3.5amps
4000 = 4.0amps

And so forth. That's how I charge my packs.

If you want the longest life and run time out of your lipo packs ALWAYS BALANCE CHARGE and as said above,

1 amp for every 1000mah of capacity.

I don't know about most other chargers but my Hyperions do it based on mah. I don't recommend slamming these things like we did out old NiMh race packs

Balance charging isn`t needed every time if you have stable cells . My Orion , Trinity and Zippy lipos never fall out of balance and rarely need balance charging .
