Minimum torque/speed for 2wd buggy servo

Just wondering what is the minimum recommended torque and speed for a 2wd buggy servo is?

I prefer 100oz.+ and a transit speed under .15 @ 6v. (preferably around .10 on transit speed.

Align ds620 servo

It is 67.99 and has titanium gears with an aluminum heatsink case and the specs are 0.07 sec. at 138.9 oz. of torque.Great servo for the money.
