Yes, switching to 10% from 20% fuel without re-tuning the engine would certainly make the engine produce less power.

Gearing is about your only solution bigger pinion gear smaller spur more top less bottom. Next run rich thats it .

Will try some of these experiments guys. Will let you know what happens. Been too busy working on the track this week , Haven't run the truck in a few days.. All work no play... its time to play ( serious) .
