I did not buy this unit from a store.
I bought it new from a local forum member, I have the box and everything.
Is this going to be a problem?
On their site it says I need a receipt from a retail store.
I'll give them a call tomorrow.

Calling to me is one of the free things in life so i use to my advantage.Call them and see what they can do,maybe if you get lucky they might accept and replace it without asking for a receipt.Give it a try.And no problem for the help,anytime you need it just shoot me a pm and i'll take of your needs.

contact The member and ask him if he still has the receipt if so he can probably give you the info on the receipt or call them for you???

Always use genuine Deans. Counterfeit versions feature poor quality.
