so the 3x10mm and 3x12mm countersunk ones would both fit, correct?

I believe the 3x10 is too short.If you want i can call you when i go to hobbytown tomorrow or pm you later on tommorrow because when i see them i know them so i can give you the exact part n umber because i used them in my losi 8ight-t 2.0e conversion.

The losi mount is designed for 4mm sized motor mounting screws (Xcelorin).

For it to be right, its best to drill and tap the motor endbell to 4mm screwholes.

Also, the support that goes under the motor is actually designed for the Xcelorin as well, not the Castle Monster.

I own both, IMHO Mikes mount and tray are really all you need to get going, and I feel they work and look better than the Losi Kit.

Yeah but if you put the brace under the motor then it makes the motor more secure.My truggy is using 3mm screws and using the motor brace and has gave me 0-issues so far.

How well does the CC conversion layout fit under the losi e body LosA89097, the batteries are my main concern with them standing on there side but the ESC looks like it sits very high.
The equipment i will be using ip 5000mah 7.4v x 2 with a monster CC esc.
