1/8 Werewolf Electric Buggy

I'm supprised by the fact that it has the option for mechanical breaks.

yeah, that was a gripe with my Hyper 9E that the body wasn't made for the chassis.
So the vehicle can have mechanical brakes too? the site where I found some info for it didn't see that. I'll give it a re-read.
Price from what I can tell on ebay for a usa seller is about $270 with free shipping. factor in BCB makes it about $250 shipped.
reading up on the vehicle on a UK site, sounds like its stupid fast on 3S, so curious if its possible to put other motors in it.

Looks like the chassis is two levels. Top level runs the length of the chassis and I'm sure stiffens things up. I like the center diff up front. Someone buy one and beat the snot out it and report back. LOL

Motor mount and long shank pinion= rubbish!
Needs a Losi or Elite style mount and regular pinions. Other than that it looks like a decent layout.
What with the disc brakes? I don't ever remember wanting more brakes from my e buggy. In fact I'm only running 55%.

at about $250 shipped from a us dealer, darn near could take a spin with it.
It may be a weight thing why they put it back so far. As looking at it, seems the motor starts where the battery is positioned in a way.
I hate to say it, but I kind of like the looks of it. Alittle more reading and it seems from what the overseas guys have said that its a better plastic than the usual Acme stuff.
motor reminds me of a medusa style motor

Looks like it has a tubular drive shaft like the hyper 9e.
Also looks like if you took a Mugen, OFNA, Losi, and Associated buggy and crashed them together at 100MPH, and used the Family Guy line "We can rebuild him, make him faster, stronger.....but I don't want to spend a lot of money"

Looks to me like it is a 1/10 sized motor to be run on 2s or 3s. Idk, could be the pictures.

Quite like the layout a lot. Like the option for mechanical brakes and layout seems balanced.
