I ordered mine and it arrived with the factory seal broken, and no tires.

I bought it on line, just lucky I guess. Some smaller hobby shops on line, locally or on ebay still have them for sale.

I called associated and was told that they were discontinued due to low sales. It was a business desision that needed to be made to keep costs down, for the company.

I was told by the sales person at associated, those who wanted an RC8Te should buy the nitro truck, the electric conversion, and try to sell the nitro motor to offset the cost.

Bologna if you ask me - but at least if you buy the Factory Team truck, you get all the upgrades.

Ebay still has a hand full of them for sale, I was just on line.
