Default tmaxx tuning

I got a tmaxx rtr a little over a week ago and have gone through about 8 tanks of fuel.
after adjusting the settings it wont wheelie off the line but will lift the tires from a good roll.
Is this about how it should be? or should it be lifting the tires off the line?
the weather here has changed about 15 degrees daily so tuning daily is a must.

well it all depends how you like to run your engines. Running a perfect mixture my friends Tmaxx will wheelie on demand (except in 2nd) if its rich it will do as you describe.

it has great mid range and top end, so my settings must be pretty close, I will keep looking for that perfect mixture..

I've run a couple more tanks through it and with each one the motor seems to get a little stronger.
I think I read somewhere that it will continue to do this until about the first gallon.
does this sound about right?

Yes. As the engine breaks in, it will get faster.
