1987 Reedy Off-Road Race of Champions

[QUOTE=Rick Hohwart;7525316]It was only run at Socal once at the supermarket location.
Wow. I guess I've been in RC a lot longer than I thought. I remember watching that race; it was the first time I saw Masami.
I turned 8 in 1994. Haha.

The Top Gun used the standard qualifying/mains race format but I don't recall any of the winners.

I still have this shirt, cool huh Chris?
Got anymore? I need a new one.
I started at RCH in Costa Mesa.
Rick, you may remember, I ran a Peak stock motor forever (the same one) and you said I should put it in a glass case cuz it was so good.
+1 for the Reedy International Offroad Race of Champions
2w and 4w mod.
Masami was always the hi lite for me, International flavor at it's best.

WOW Craig! I wish my A&L shirt was still alive...
I don't remember if it was Rick Houle (sp?) or Vince Ito that did the artwork on that one. I'm leaning toward Rick....
I have a few vintage company shirts still I'll have to dig them out.

By the way I saw you race up at Alabama on rclive I think you were there...
And Randy Pike was too...I watched most of the races...about ready to get
back on there and watch some more pro's race.
I know who won the IFMAR WORLDS IN 1987 legendary driver Joel Johnson with a Kyosho Ultima with a carbon fiber chassis on it. But the Reedy Race
I thought that was on-road but I may be wrong...
