It doesn't matter which radio you have as long as you have a 3 channel rec.

Yes , you can with the rx the radio comes with .


mad_about_los , you do not need a 3 ch rx to run a PT . Any rx will work with any open plug slot or can even hook a y harness with the battery plug that plugs into the batt slot .

Just plug the PT into the Batt slot on the receiver since you are not using a receiver pack. Any 2 channel and up receiver can run a PT.
