Just bought a Tekin RS with the tekin 17.5 Anyone have a good starting point, as far as setup with the esc. I am running the Kyosho RT5 indoors on clay. thanks

Tekin doesn't have much if any 17.5 setups.

This is my Kyosho SC setup and it rocks.

Tekin or Orion (3rd generation) 17.5
Version 2.03
Neutral 15
Motor BL-DL or BL-FW
Endbell timing 0
Throttle profile 3
Voltage cutoof 2
Boost 30-45 depending on how much grip is available
Turbo 0-10 depending on the length of the longest strait, & grip
Turbo delay .5 seconds
Advanced settings:
Upper Boost RPM 13,500-15,000 (lower is more punchy, higher smoother)
Lower Boost RPM around 2,900
Gearing 24/76

Here is my setup for 17.5 offroad with my tekin motor and RS:
10 degrees motor timing
45 boost
5k start rpm
18k end rpm

For truck start at the afforementioned 24/76 and feel free to go up to 26 for more flowing tracks.
