Can you run two different cell batteries with the Mamba Monster? I just got a E-Revo and I was wondering if I could run one 2s and one 3s battery. Thanks for your help.

Yes, but they need to be same capacity (mah) and C rating. They need to be similar in age and cycles. The key is wanting the lipos IR to be very close so there's similar amp output from each one.

I know several that are running 5S setups.

Would running a 2c 3600mAh 40c with a 3c 3300mAh 30c be okay or are they to far apart?

The problem with this is that the 3300mAh cells will drain first and their voltage will drop below 3.0v while the 3600mAh cells have more power left and hence a higher voltage. The MMM sees the overall voltage, therefore the lvc won't cut off until the 3600 cells have drained more, possibly allowing the 3300 cells to over-discharge and be damaged.
