Default max voltage for losi speed t

what is the max voltage i can run with the losi speed t? i just ordered it and need to get a new battery?

So it should take a 10.6 nimh no problem right?

A 9.6 volt should be fine.

You should seriously consider getting a 17T pinion for it as well. Any battery faster than a standard 7.2 Nimh will require a smaller pinion, especially 2S and 3S Lipo.

Also, watch out for the slipper adjustment being set correctly and the locked diff too. It is easy to smoke it on the even the first run if they are not adjusted properly.

A guy at work has one and it's quick on a 2s 7.4,he said it's wild with 3s 11.1.

i dont really want to deal with lipos yet. what would you guys suggest for a nimh?
