RC10T4 and RC10B4 - Parts that need most replacing?
I'm stocking up on parts for this Summer. What parts on the RC10T4 and RC10B4 need the most replacing due to wear and breakage?
My list looks like this so far:
Front A-Arms
Front Shock Towers
Rear RC10B44 Hub Carriers
Bearings
Anything else?
Thanks in advance.

with the addition of the new wing mount, scratch that. mainly front bulkheads. dont worry about bearings after switching to b44 rear hubs, and shock rebuild kits.
caster blocks, front and rear arms, switch to the RTR front axle, or the titanium one, and shock rebuild kits. maybe the occasional servo saver, but with the new one, dont know what wear and tear looks like so farm, im sure it will be better. and a diff rebuild or two.
that should be it.

When I ran my T4 and B4 I always had a good stash of front arms, front bulkheads and body/wing mounts. Keep some cvd bones on you for both too unless you upgrade to Lunsford turnbuckles and ball studs with RPM ball cups. If you pop a rear ball cup off, or snap a rear ball stud, you are
guarenteed to bend a cvd bone.
I also kept a few shock rebuild kits around for both and a steering rack for both. As long as you upgrade the rear hubs to the B44/GT2 rear hubs, bearings are a non-issue. A set of front caster and steering blocks are a must too. Slipper pads, spurs and pinions should round out your stash.
Other than that, they are very durable vehicles. Over a year of use I was lucky to break a pair of front arms, on each, and that was it. Maintenance is key on 10th scale though so keep the shocks fresh, the diff fresh and everything tight/clean and you'll be golden.
