If that *was* 4x4 I'd be busting out the CC right now for a pre-order!

Did anyone notice this?

Factory Team V2 dual-cap hard-anodized shock bodies with threaded collars

Might we finally be seeing some new shocks from Associated?

What!? They finally decided to get rid of the spring clip retainer on the shock bottom and use a cap? Blasphemy! It's almost as if they don't want your shock to blow out on you!

Seriously though, I love my FT BB's on my RC8 with caps, Nice to see them going the same direction with other shock assemblies.

If it is released at roughly the same price as a FT T4 ($225.00ish) w/ the JConcepts tires and foams, the legendary Stealth tranny w/ ungraded slipper and a ball diff, new shocks, and the upgraded suspension changes announced for the RTR SC10, I thing the ESE and the USC are in big trouble.

Associated is laying the smack down!

I may have to get one of these and convert my SC10 back to a T4. Like GlassDoctor I converted a T4 FT to a SC10 to get the right parts. With the new SC10 FT I would get everything I have and then some.

I just hope this is a stepping stone to a new 4x4 SCT.
