Has anyone tried using it with motor braking ?

I have messed around with it a little bit, but it doesn't appear to be that useful. The brakes are already being pulsed a few thousand times per second by the controller so I don't see where a second pulsing frequency will be real useful. This feature is really designed to help mechanical systems. Don't take my word for it though, try it and see what you think!

I tried the ABS function off my transmitter in slow, med, fast. Ultimately, I preferred it OFF.

Logically, it would help, but I felt like I had a bit LESS control while slowing than without.

I spoke with a technician at Castle and he told me you can use the A.B.S. feature on your transmitter, but it will add undue strain to the motor causing it to heat rapidly which inturn will drain the battery(ies) or damage the system.
