Im finally going to put my order in on boca and when i look at the slash bearings, i notice there are two types to choose from. One is just slash 25 and the other is slash 25 complete with upgrade..

is there a difference between them?


and if so .. what is that difference?

no - it looks like its just a diff in the number of brgs - the slash 25 has 19brgs and the complete with upgrade has 25 brgs. The kit descriptions are the same.

There may be some brg quality diff up in the ceramics, but if you're buying ceramics, you're not worrying about money.

The upgrade kit has 8 of 5x8 bearings (compared to 4 in the other kit). This can most likely be because it includes bearings for the steering bellcranks.

I'm not sure why it has 2 more 5x11 bearings though.
