They tried to deliver my stuff yesterday, so it was under the 5 working day estimate from when it shipped. I had to go pick it up today at the post office. The 4S 4500 packswere perfectly balanced at just over 1/2 charge at 3.86 volts per cell, all within a few millivolts. I will have to change the connector, the negative is a male bullet, but I will keep the female on the positive, the Castle CC bullet appears to fit it very nice. I will put a CCBuller shell on the negative side as well.

The 4 channel charger works great. I juiced it up and had it top up the two new packs already. They both took just about 2000 mah, just less than 1/2 of the 4500 as expected.

I do have one small issue. The hard case is about 0.5 mm too long for my battery tray becasue of the rivets I used for the hold down posts. I will drill out the rivets and us flat head screws instead and it should be a fine fit. When I test fit the pack, I got it in, but when I tried to just pull it out, the bottom of the hard case popped off. Oops. The internal construction looks pretty good with nice solder joints and tough insulating tape over all the connections. The cells are kinda loose inside the case and will slip around and hit the ends, so I will probably use a bit of hot melt glue to anchor them better and slip a foam pad on the tab end so if they do move it does not crush the tabs into the cells.

I was hoping to get a test run in on the data logger, but that will probably have to wait as I am going out of town tomorrow ofr work, won't be back til Monday.

All in all it took less than 3 weeks from order til I got my stuff.
