Default bearing maintenance

Just wondering what kind of lubricant etc you guys recommend for bearings. I believe mine are rubber sealed (whatever comes stock on the 1/10th 2wd slash). Also would you use the same type of lube for the vxl motor? Just wondering what to use and an easy place to find it.

Thanks in advance.

I run them until they feel gritty and then replace - Avids a $1 apiece and cleaning and re-lubing is not worth the T&T.

Just soak them in WD-40 for a couple mins then put a drop of 3-in-1 oil on them.
