Default 2.4 ghz Traxxas Reciever with DX3R

I'm just wondering, can you run the 2.4 ghz traxxas reciever with a dx3r? Thanks, if not what reciever should I get?

The diff brands use diff methods so they will not work together. Its the same 2.4, but how each company gets there and back is diff enough they will not intercharge or work togther.

I know Losi RTR will work with Spektrum.

Same frequency range but different modulations between a few of the major brands. I would guess Traxxas licensed something but did something small to make it only work between their gear.
