Default mmm problems

Hi, I've bought a mmm 2200kv system for my truck, I'm using an acoms 2.4 dsss tx and receiver and think I'm having calibration problems, I'm following the proceedure in the instructions and I'm getting the correct lights and buzzes but i'm geting reduced power forwards ie slightly faster than reverse say 10mph, i't tried changing the end points and recalibrating, another motor, another esc, reversing the motor using castles sortware and swopping the motor wires round and another rx all with no difference any ideas????

Batteries should be fine. I'm using 2x trakpower 4900 25c lipos in series.
I don't think there is a training mode in the software

Make sure the servo travel on the TX is turned up all the way , and make sure the ESC is flashing green when you press the throttle , if it flashes red its running in reverse and you will want to reverse the servo switch on the TX .

Yep checked all them, end points at max ang green light comes on when throttle is activated.
It's been fitted into a converted lightning stadium pro, the nitro had a 13 tooth clutch bell and i'm using a 15 tooth pinion so gearing should be good for 35mph (i think) but you can run allong the car at full throttle

for sure call Castle, a friend had a Similar problem turns out is was the "Signal" wire comming into the ESC the case had cut into it "Just enough" to mess with it..
cool part is there Pretty quick, he sent his in and got it back in about 7 working days...
for sure always frustrating, but always better "Safe" than sorry so to speak...
the gearing on a Lighting Stadium should be around 15t/50 spur
and it will be pretty fast !!
another way to check Unlikely it's your radio system? but never hurts to check?
do you happen to have another ESC?? even for a 1/10 scale etc.??
try that one? and if it does the same? could maybe be a setting you might have overlooked on the radio?? Doubt it but never know??
but off the top of my head most radios are pretty simular? so i am sure your Spot on for the radio.
does yours have a EPA high and Low?
some radios are or can set to 150% some only go to 100%
just for giggles set it for 100% give it a shot? if yours goes to a higher setting like 150% etc.
one other thing to check is the "Rotor" in the motor....
i had one where i thought was the ESC turns out was the Rotor
the "Shaft" was on just enough but still sliping spinning the magnet more than the shaft, how i found out was took it out grabed the end of the shaft with some pliers grabed the magnet and gently tried t o move it and mine started to "Slip" cause everything "Worked" was just "Slow" almost the same as you discribed..
so off the top of my head there are those things mabey can give a shot?
hope it works out for you let us know

check and make sure the batts you have wired in series are putting out 14.8+ volts.
I have seen this same thing with one racer and he was only getting 7.2+
