Mugen electric buggy

I've never seen a nitro motor output shaft break like that and they are hollow 5mm shafts. I would think if it were common on Tekno kits it would come up on the Tekno thread but it never has to my knowledge.
I'm mixed on the motor mount. I don't believe any of the diff mount motor mounts are as solid as Tekno's setup (which is really lightweight, who knew?). But having 4 screws under the car to adjust mesh is less than ideal to me, felt the same way about nitro.
Clutch bearings go out because it's a tiny bearing in a dirty location under extremely high loads and vibrations. It's a miracle that they last as long as they do.

thats why xray made bigger bearings which still broke and were a pain during my nitro racing days when no one else had a 'spare' lol
