For those of you running the extended chaasis, is it improving your lap times and your spot on the podium, or does it make your buggy "seem" more stable, and "seem" to improve handling?
The reason I ask is over in the b4.1 forum, they have been going on for weeks about the big bore shocks. Well a guy did a comparison between the stock shocks and the big bores and his lap times were exactly the same.
Just trying to eliminate the placebo effect and waist of money on something that is not needed.

Sorry, went off subject there..Oh, the +8 chassis..Ah, for me made a huge difference, went from a few ticks off the pace, and hard to drive, to running comfortably at race pace, and now I can make my car easier to drive..I am using the std flex +8, I have the Dimec20 chassis also, and will try that next weekend. We drive on Med+ bite, but our temps are a bit cooler up here.

the durango helped me from average driver to the 3rd place in our club championship 2012
I will try the dimec +8mm for 2013
our club track is low grip hardpacked dirt
some B4.1 dudes that use their +8mm B4 say that it calms down the car, bit more consistend and stable
