Default B-fast pro drivers kit

does anybody uses the B-fast pro drivers kit for the dex210?

I have one here but the thrust rings are different from the dex210 thrust rings. the b-fast thrust rings dont have a groove like the dex210 has. but they are flat.
and the B-fast carbide thrust balls are bigger then the dex210 thrust balls

Murky-
I used the bfast pro kit and had the same question regarding the washers and thrust balls. Fred at bfast said one could use the flat washer setup instead of the caged thrust bearing. I tried using the bfast thrust balls in the kit caged thrust race and also noticed the size discrepancy so i set mine up with the flat washers. I've had no issues and my diff still feels great after about two months

depending on how it mounts it may be a pain ,, i have the vega dex210 rear camber mount the two screws that go through the bottom of the gear box and the rear front toe block has to be bolted at the top of the vega plate with 2mm under it to get it to the stock height ,, getting those two bolts on alone takes me more time and fiddling than taking the entire rear apart

Have them on my DESC410, outdoors bumpy track makes a difference, indoors smooth track not so much.

My durango runs great, but im having issues making the triple unless I go out real wide to have a good head start, by then ive lost time, with my b4.1 I use to be able to take a tight turn and launch like nothing, and now I cant. Im running an Orion vst pro 9.5 with 83/24.

Can anyone please help me out, any suggestions or anything, trying to keep everything blinky!!

Tires (traction) try something different.. or maybe if the motor has gone soft drop in a new rotor If the slipper or diff are a mess may want a rebuild there. Gear diff on a med to high bite likes 5k losi diff oil

Thanks Brian, Tires and rebuilding diff was my next choice, I know these things are heavier than the b4's but that shouldnt make much of a difference. I love the way this thing drives, just need to get this thing flying easily.

If you didnt know, this is Juice by the way lol!!

sup ya w/ the 13.5 I don't even bother w/ the triple.. if I can't nail it every time it's not worth doing even a single bobble in our class drops you a position. I know a few have just the right setup and can nail it most of the time (cough, cough bill) but it doesn't win you or loose you the race so to date I've just dealt with it.. though I wouldn't mind being able to nail it every time either LOL

In my b4.1 worlds buggy, 13.5 blinky, I was nailing the triple 90% of the time coming in tight on the pipe. But now im running the 9.5 in the dex210, it struggles with the triple. I understand also that, I have only raced associated and now I sold them all to try a different company, so, tuning is different and will take me a little while to get the hang of how this brand is. So far I love it, I just cant wait to get it more dialed and fine tuned to where I can do what I want with it just like I somewhat did with my b4.1

Have you guys tried the taper pistons from Durango? I just got a set but they are the 1.0's and they are not right for the buggy, I have 20wt in them right now and it's way to stiff..

I must have been tired... lol my truck has the 13.5 and gets the lay up on the triple.. the buggy hits it just fine. I think your diff is most likely fine if you want to try some different tires let me know you can run a few laps weds w/ my bar codes or my ions. I have to say maybe just swap tires or tighten the slipper the buggy w/ that motor should be killing it on the triple. Again sorry lol dont know where my head was ;P

drill them out a touch or drill 2 or 4 out and leave some ;P Play around if you don't like the feel. I have the 1.0x6 in my truck (dest210) w/ 30wt was considering 27.5 but havent made that move yet. I usually run the 1.2x6 w/ 40wt in the rear for my buggy.
